Terms of Service

To keep Phantom Bypass safe, respectful, and well-organized for everyone, all members are required to follow the rules below at all times. By using our products, our Discord server, or our services, you agree to respect them.

Respect and Behavior

Treat all members with respect.
Harassment, insults, threats, provocation, discrimination, hate speech, and toxic behavior are strictly prohibited.
Excessive trolling, disruptive behavior, or intentionally creating conflict will not be tolerated.
Staff decisions must be respected. Arguing aggressively or repeatedly challenging moderation actions may lead to sanctions.

No Advertising or Promotion

Any form of advertisement for third-party servers, communities, services, social pages, or similar platforms is strictly forbidden.
Promoting, soliciting, or redirecting members to external communities without permission is prohibited.
Attempts to bypass this rule through indirect messages, disguised invitations, usernames, statuses, or embedded links will also be treated as advertising.

No Buying or Sales Promotion

Encouraging, promoting, or pushing members to buy any product, service, subscription, or offer is strictly prohibited.
Any content intended to influence members into making purchases, trades, or external transactions is forbidden unless explicitly authorized by server management.

Public Server / No Inappropriate Content

This is a public, non-NSFW server.
Any inappropriate, sexual, explicit, suggestive, shocking, or otherwise unsuitable content is strictly forbidden.
This includes text, images, memes, profile pictures, usernames, videos, links, and any other shared material.
Content that is borderline inappropriate may still be removed at staff discretion.

Restricted Content Sharing

Sharing external content is heavily restricted.
Videos, external links, self-promotion, and most third-party content are not allowed unless clearly relevant and permitted by staff.
GIFs may be tolerated when appropriate, harmless, and not disruptive.
Any suspicious, misleading, shortened, hidden, or unsafe links are strictly forbidden.

Spam and Misuse

Spam, flood, repeated messages, excessive pings, copy-pasting, and message abuse are prohibited.
Do not intentionally clutter channels or disrupt discussions.
Any attempt to overwhelm members or staff with repeated messages may result in moderation action.

Support Tickets

Support tickets must only be used for legitimate help requests.
Do not open tickets without a valid reason.
Do not spam, troll, joke, or waste staff time through the ticket system.
Helpers and staff are here to assist the community, but abuse of the support system may result in warnings, ticket restrictions, or further sanctions.
Reopening the same issue repeatedly, insisting aggressively, or using tickets to argue with staff is not allowed.

Community Conduct

Maintain a healthy and respectful atmosphere.
Avoid unnecessary drama, hostility, baiting, or behavior that harms the community experience.
Use channels for their intended purpose.
Listen to staff instructions when moderation is required to restore order.

Enforcement Policy

The staff team reserves the right to remove any content or sanction any behavior considered harmful to the server, even if not explicitly listed above.
Sanctions may include message deletion, mute, ticket restriction, kick, or permanent ban depending on the severity of the situation.
A single warning may be enough to lead to an immediate ban. Do not assume multiple chances will be given.
Severe violations may result in an instant ban without prior warning.

These rules exist to protect the community and maintain a clean, safe, and serious environment for everyone. We expect all members to act responsibly and respectfully at all times.
